Kristaps has led the Dieva Mājas church in Rīga for more than 10 years. His days are spent with his wife Lana, caring for their family of 4 children and for their spiritual family – the church.
About us
For more than 18 years now the church "Dieva Mājas" has been active in Rīga. Over these years the church has had the opportunity to serve the people of Rīga both through Sunday services and through various other activities during the week. We want to be a home for God and a family for people. We have summed up our church's goals in three simple words:
- Accept – to be accepted and to accept others. Our church is like a home where we open our hearts, give each other a helping hand and invite people into fellowship. Perfection is not what matters to us, but growth – personal and shared.
- Experience – to experience God's closeness and His work, both personally and together with the church as His one body. To experience both the depths with God and everyday life in fellowship with one another.
- Multiply – to generously pass on what we have received – serving others and blessing others both within the church and beyond it.
How to become a member
Anyone can attend the services without becoming a member of the church. A person who has received Jesus Christ as their Lord, has been baptised in water and believes the Bible can become a member. You can do this by talking with the pastor and filling in an application. Feel free to write to us to arrange a meeting.
